About MA PFML
MA PFML is a state-mandated plan that provides up to 26 weeks of job-protected paid leave if employees are unable to work due to a serious health condition, or if they need to care for an ill or injured family member, bond with a new child, or manage family affairs when a family member is on active duty in the armed forces.
